December 23, 2007, ca.. 09.30 am and 10.30 am, sunny, cold, Riehenring, Basel. C. and me are on the way to friends to fetch our daughter, who spent the night there. I find the rusty screw on the way to our friends house and the broken screw on the way home an hour later on the sidewalk.
